Marine Corps
I served four years in the U.S. Marine Corps infantry (2003–2007), with combat deployments to Fallujah and Afghanistan (Bagram). The Corps taught me discipline, attention to detail, and the importance of never leaving anyone behind. Those aren't just values on a wall — they're how I build software. Ship it right, test it thoroughly, and don't leave your users holding the bag when something breaks.
Enterprise Career
After the Marines, I spent 10 years in IT in the logistics industry — specializing in warehouse management systems, large-scale infrastructure, and workflow automation. My job was making complex systems reliable and making the people who used them more productive. I worked at the level where downtime costs real money and untested deployments aren't an option.
Most recently I spent four years as a Senior Software Engineer at MillerKnoll, building and maintaining enterprise-scale systems. Then I left to build. That background — automating repetitive workflows, building integrations, eliminating process friction — is what I brought to VibeProof. I didn't come from a startup accelerator. I came from production systems where things have to work.
Why VibeProof Exists
I was building a SaaS product and shipping features fast with Claude Code. The velocity was incredible — but I kept finding bugs from users instead of tests. Every hotfix felt like a failure. Every “works on my machine” was a lie.
I looked for a QA tool that fit the way I work. Something that understood my codebase, generated real test cases, and didn't cost $250+/month. It didn't exist. The enterprise tools were built for teams of 50. The free tools were glorified spreadsheets. Nothing was built for solo builders shipping with AI.
So I built it myself. 400+ test cases across 18 feature areas later, VibeProof is still the tool I use before every deploy. Now it's yours.
How It's Built
VibeProof is a one-person product built with AI-assisted development. Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS. Hosted on Microsoft Azure with managed SQL, encrypted blob storage, and daily backups. AI test generation is powered by Anthropic's Claude via BYOK. From the codebase scanner to the bug-squashing loading animations — every feature was designed, built, and shipped by one engineer who actually uses it every day.
