VibeProof is operated by Startvest LLC ("we," "us," "our"). We provide an AI-powered quality assurance platform for software developers.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign up via OAuth (Google, GitHub), we receive your profile information from those providers.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use VibeProof, including pages visited, features used, test cases created, and test runs executed.

Repository Data: When you connect a repository, we read your source code to generate test cases. We do not store your source code permanently — it is processed in memory and discarded after test case generation.

Analytics: We use Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and PostHog to understand how visitors interact with our website. These tools collect anonymized usage data, device information, and browsing behavior.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the VibeProof service
• To generate test cases from your connected repositories
• To send transactional emails (account verification, password resets)
• To send product updates and marketing emails (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• To analyze usage patterns and improve the product
• To respond to support requests

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• AI Providers: Your code is sent to AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) for test case generation. If you use BYOK (Bring Your Own Key), requests go directly through your API key.
• Infrastructure Providers: Microsoft Azure (hosting, database), Cloudflare (CDN, DNS).
• Analytics Providers: Google Analytics, PostHog — anonymized usage data only.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest (Azure SQL TDE), and secure authentication. API keys provided via BYOK are encrypted before storage.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Test cases and test results are retained for the lifetime of your account. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your test cases and results at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@vibeproof.tech.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies (GA4, PostHog) are used to understand site usage. You can disable analytics cookies in your browser settings.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
